MSG Panda API
Send WhatsApp messages from your own system — order updates, OTPs and campaigns — using your own WhatsApp Business Account. You keep the WhatsApp account and pay Meta directly; MSG Panda gives you the API, delivery tracking and a dashboard.
What the API does
- Send a template or free-form message to one recipient, idempotently.
- Track every send through Meta's delivery lifecycle (
queued → sent → delivered → read). - Manage templates and read the numbers connected to your workspace.
- Audit every call your system makes, with the API key that made it.
Base URL
https://api.msgpanda.com
All endpoints are versioned under /v1. Replace the host above with your own deployment's API host —
the examples assume the API and dashboard share an origin.
How it fits together
your system ──▶ MSG Panda API ──▶ WhatsApp Cloud API ──▶ recipient
▲ │
└── GET status ────┘ (queued → sent → delivered → read)
- You create an API key with the narrowest scopes you need.
- Your system
POSTs to/v1/messageswith anIdempotency-Key. - We queue it, the worker sends it to Meta, and the status updates as Meta reports back.
- You read the status with
GET /v1/messages/{id}, or watch it in the dashboard's logbook.
Next steps
- Quickstart — send your first message in five minutes.
- Authentication — create a key, choose scopes.
- Send a message — request and response reference.
note
Message delivery and pricing are between you and Meta. MSG Panda never bills for message volume.
